Not only will breathwork regulate your nervous system, release stress & put your body in a state of deep healing at a cellular level, it will also give you clarity and shift your mindset from surviving to thriving over time. We are a community of humans who are invested in personal growth, inner-healing, self-mastery and co-creating peace & abundance.

 

~ Each online session lasts about 90 minutes where our intention is for you to feel held, loved, seen & heard.

~ Timings: 6:30pm India Standard Time

Each breathwork session is unique so it’s best to come with an open mind & be ready to trust your body & breath - they will take you on exactly the journey that's most aligned with your soul's purpose

Key Highlights

Please make sure you have Zoom on your laptop or smartphone. Using Laptop is recommended.

Please make sure you have a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for 90 minutes

Please don't eat heavy before your session & give a gap of 1.5 - 2 hours if you must eat before

Do not drive, operate heavy machinery after the session until you feel fully grounded. This may take some time so please plan accordingly

You will want to lie down for the session and a blanket, cushion & eye-mask may help make you more comfortable

Check you have a solid internet connection in order to get the best out of the experience

Use a good quality set of headphones - Bluetooth or wired. Headphones are recommended over speakers.

Have some paper & a pen or crayons beside you. Many people like to record memories of their experience either with words or pictures

Why Breathwork?

Our brain uses 20-25% of our oxygen supply as nourishment. But in today’s world with pollution, air-conditioned environments and less exercise, we are not getting what we need. The result is dimmed mindful awareness, but we have gotten so used to it that we think of it as normal. We accept diminished vitality as our baseline, and our brain learns to live with less. So what could happen if we increased the dosage? With breathwork we instantly increase the supply of oxygen to the brain. We awaken the system again, and through our breathing pattern, we not only restore our brain with what it craves, but much more, too. For those that have meditated before, you will find the experience a powerful way to support your practice. For those who know they should meditate, but don’t, the breathwork session will provide you with an instant opportunity to connect to the benefits of deep meditation.

Can I access the live breathwork session on any device?

Yes, our platform is designed to be accessible on various devices, including computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. However, we highly recommend joining in from your laptop so that you have a smooth and uninterrupted healing journey.

Can this be practised on an empty stomach?

Yes! Infact coming to the session on an empty stomach or with a gap of around 2 hours after a heavy meal is recommended.

Can I interact with Akanksha during the live breathwork session?

Absolutely! You will have the chat option available during the session and the floor is opened for you to share about your breathwork experience with the community at the end of the session.

How can I best prepare my space for the breathwork session?

It's best to do this on a solid supported surface - so a bed or the floor with a yoga mat are best. Other things you might need by your side are water, a light blanket, a pillow for under your knees for back support, eye-mask to cover your eyes, tissues, a journal and pen.

Will I be recorded?

Please note that we record our live sessions but we do not record the participants during the breathwork, only the facilitator. We value your privacy.

Can I get access to the recording of the session if I am unable to attend it live?

NO, recordings are not made available to anybody who signs up - whether they attend live or happen to miss attending for various reasons.
